Slow Cooked Vegan Rice Pudding

Thank you Suzanara for this lovely recipe; no one would ever guess this creamy delicious dish was lacking in dairy at all!  Vegan dishes are always the most exciting and surprising :)


  • 2 Cans of Coconut Milk
  • Enough Soya Milk to make up to 3 pints including the Cocanut milk
  • 8 oz Pudding Rice
  • 3 oz Sugar
  • Vanilla Essence
  • dash Nutmeg and for the top if browning

1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally...
