Day 2 of Vegetarian January

So.Today I tried Sweet potato,Spinach and Chickpea curry... This is all pretty new stuff to me and the biggest difference here was the texture. I suspect i may have preferred lentils to chickpeas to be honest.  

Tonights dinner consists of some sort of Fake meat bolognese. Quorn i think.. This should be interesting! :)

My question for you guys is this When do I start feeling healthy?
